What is your experience with ecommerce?

My expertise is deepest in digital content marketing, and I started to learn more about ecommerce from the seller/brand perspective during my time working as a freelance marketer and as part of an agency. That is where I first had the opportunity to work with brands that were selling online, either through Shopify sites, social channels like Instagram, or through Amazon. Since then, I’ve kept up with changes in the industry through several different publications, am certified in Amazon Retail for Advertisers and Amazon Sponsored Ads Fundamentals, and am always looking for new courses or certifications to further build my knowledge and skills.

What is your favorite tool to use from Jungle Scout?

Having previously managed advertising at an agency, I really love and appreciate Downstream. It is such a versatile tool, and the automation is game-changing for anyone who has to manage ecommerce advertising for multiple brands, or on a large scale.

Your advice for new sellers:

Find a supportive community! I think one of the best things that Jungle Scout does is create space for sellers to not only access experts, but to just share and connect with each other. Starting a business is a big, intimidating thing, and seeking out other people who are on the same journey as you can be one of the most motivating things you can do.
