Hi Melissa,
It is not a separate package! The Extension will work when on Amazon UK and within our tools, you can change the marketplace to UK.

Hello, I have a monthly subscription to jungle scout and use it for Amazon.com without any issues. I saw on your website that the extension now works on Amazon.co.uk, however I just tried to use the extension on Amazon.co.uk and it would not give me any data. Could you advise me please? I’ve just signed up to Jungle Scout, but it’s only giving me the USA option on the top right. How can I make this work for me in the UK. I only signed up as you were advertising the UK extension is now live. Please help!!!!!!

Are you only using the extension? As long as you’re on amazon.co.uk and run the extension, it populates the data for that given Amazon platform. If you’re also using the Web App, when you’re in the Product Database you have the drop down ability to select any of the 9 global marketplaces supported by the Web App. I’ve tested both on my end with no issues – if you’re still unable to select the UK market please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll assist you right away!

How do I get the junglescout ext in the top right hand corner of the amazon app
Hi Sam,
You can get started here – https://www.junglescout.com/the-chrome-extension/ and choose the Pro or Lite version, and then you’ll be on your way to downloading the extension for your Chrome browser. Once you have that, you’ll be able to run the extension when you’re on Amazon.com
