It provides sellers with important data and notifications directly through their seller accounts, saving them time and helping ensure they make the most out of their third-party apps.
And Jungle Scout is one of the first tools to be included in Amazon Emerald!
Sellers may now receive important, customized business notifications and key updates from Jungle Scout without having to leave Seller Central.
What does this mean for Jungle Scout users?
Amazon sellers who use Jungle Scout will now receive customized business notifications and key updates from Jungle Scout — right on your Seller Central home page.
See notifications including:
- Your weekly profit report, which will link back to Jungle Scout’s Sales Analytics tool for deeper financial insights
- The number of review requests sent for your products by Review Automation to help you secure more product reviews
- Reminders for actions that require immediate attention
Why is this important?
The first thing many Amazon sellers do every day is check their Seller Central accounts to see how their business is performing, to review any important notifications, to manage their products, and so on.
Having Jungle Scout notifications right at your fingertips within Seller Central provides sellers with information they need to know in that moment without navigating to another window or app first.
As a Jungle Scout user, your Seller Central notifications will send you back to Jungle Scout to review further.
Is there a cost to use Amazon Emerald?
No, if you are a Jungle Scout subscriber, you will have access to Amazon Emerald. You will need to ensure your Amazon Seller Central account is synced with Jungle Scout – or to reauthorize it if it’s already synced.
How to connect Amazon Emerald with Jungle Scout
An easy way to connect apps to Amazon Emerald is by visiting the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore in Seller Central and searching for Jungle Scout. Any apps that are compatible with Amazon Emerald will have the “Emerald app” badge next to it.
If you are new to Jungle Scout, simply sync your MWS keys with Jungle Scout, and you will automatically see Jungle Scout notifications in the Amazon Emerald app widget.
You can easily authorize the app to access your Amazon business data by clicking the “Authorize Now” button.
If you already have your MWS keys synced with Jungle Scout, you will need to re-authenticate your keys in order to view Amazon Emerald app notifications. You can do so in the “Manage Your Apps” section.
It is that simple! Once your keys are synced (or re-authenticated), you will start to see important Jungle Scout notifications right from your Seller Central account.
If you are not ready to re-authenticate your app, no action is needed and Jungle Scout will continue to work as it does today.
