It’s that time again, folks. Another new year, and another set of resolutions many of us won’t keep. Like a lot of people, every December I make promises to myself that I’ll live my best life, starting in the new year. I’ll lose weight, drink less, stop smoking and say yes more often. But have I ever kept those promises? For a month or so, maybe. Not in the long run though. I guess ‘old habits die hard’ is a cliche for a reason! And I know I am not alone in this.
